my only contribution is this: whatever your take and however much discourse you want to dive into, stop calling this 'the balogun situation' and making him the face of it. the corruption happened around him, he didn't ask for any of this. center the people doing the corruption, not the player.

There's not a lot of substantial things they can accomplish in the minority, but efforts like this can still shape national politics in important ways.
I'm helping to lead a group of Senate Democrats who are planning to force a vote - every single week the Senate is in session - to end the war in Iran. We have that right under the Senate rules, and we are going to keep putting Republicans on record supporting this insane war.

Please do not conflate Netanyahu’s lies and corruption with the State of Israel writ large unless you want everyone to conflate Trump’s lies and corruption with the entirety of this country writ large.

I didn’t vote for Trump. But he was elected. Doesn’t mean he speaks for me or acts for me.

When the president was calling all Somali immigrants "garbage" who "come from hell" and "contribute nothing" to America and therefore needed to go "back where they came from" did you ask him to "stop the rhetoric," Tom?
Homan: "I begged for the last two months on TV for the rhetoric to stop. I said in March -- if the rhetoric doesn't stop, there is gonna be bloodshed. And there has been. I wish I wasn't right. I don't want to see anybody die."

Neville will enter his sixth MLS season next year.

So they didn’t like the ad. Let’s just post Reagan’s 5 min speech against tariffs as it appears on YouTube.

Agreed. Look at Boise for an example.
Once again, I am humbly suggesting that one of the easiest & cheapest ways to revitalize downtown Portland is to close streets to vehicles such as 13th in the Pearl & make them pedestrian centric avenues of commerce, dining, & public third spaces.

Thank you for using your platform to stand up to the dreck that are currently in power.
/7 However, I’m not going to stop saying what I believe because we have a mindlessly thuggish government, nor because Dan or Erick or their insipid droogs send hate mail.
