BCB Pub Spotlight! This recent study from the Malaney Lab and associates show how L100/L102 mutations in PCBP1, a tumor suppressor gene, destabilize the protein and dominantly suppress normal PCBP1 expression, revealing a novel mechanism of tumor suppressor inactivation in colorectal cancer.
