Evidence keeps accumulating that LLMs are a powerfully useful technology for people who already know what they're talking about, and a dangerous outsourcing of cognitive function for people who don't.
This can occur within a single individual, who knows a lot about some things and not about others.

An example to illustrate what I mean: would a strict zero-emissions-mandate for data centers slow down build-out and/or make it more expensive? Probably. But positive externalities for energy sectors etc. would make it worthwhile.

Würden die Medien global so Stimmung für Klimamaßnahmen machen wie sie es gegen Migrant:innen tun, dann könnten wir in Sachen Klima schon sehr zuversichtlich in die Zukunft sehen.
