Have read all I could find about the "deals" Trump made with Canada & Mexico to postpone his tariffs. Haven't found anything that either of those countries (a) were not already doing, (b) had not already announced plans to do, or (c) would not have readily agreed to do IF TRUMP HAD SIMPLY ASKED.
