New “use it or lose it” regime for #sophiefromromania meals where instead of ignoring her food all day then eating last thing at night it’s put out for a limited time and then taken away. Seems to be working - today she had her breakfast alfresco.

#Sophiefromromania and I came out of our front door just as a dog was having the temerity to walk past and returned home just as our neighbour was outrageously putting her bins out - both were greeted with a lot of barking and Sophie can’t work out why I made such a fuss about it

Ever since she has been out from behind the sofa #sophiefromromania has barked at my lovely piano teacher Theo when he arrives on a Saturday morning. But lately she has become more relaxed with him and today it seemed like she wanted to join in the lesson.

A slow gentle walk with #sophiefromromania this morning as I had to keep stopping because of my bad back. But when I got home, I finally managed to get through to a real human being at the hospital and got an appointment! It’s five weeks away but still a huge relief.
