Muchísimo mejor que el Churchill y un raro ejemplo de que complicar las reglas mejore un juego significativamente. Hacían falta esas capas extras de táctica y la propia diplomacia funciona mucho mejor. Se siente muy diferente también jugar con cada una de las cuatro facciones.
