Here's the plan for the upgrade of the UK grid. Notice anything? All international connectors are in England, but the plan is just to provide new connectors from Scotland to England allowing Scotland's excess power to still be sold int'ly via the English middleman. We need our own int'l links!

UK MPs accepted £400,000 of hospitality to concerts, sports, other events.

Donors get access, buy influence.

Despite £98,599 pay+exps, too many MPs have 2nd jobs, neglect duty to the people, obey paymasters.

Parties also for sale.

All part of political corruption, and poor state of the country.

Housing benefits, that go directly to the UK's landlords, will cost £37.3 billion this year.

Why does the government not build the homes and let local councils collect the rent ensuring a recurring income for them and removing profiteering.

Oh I forgot Thatcherite neoliberalism that's why

The #BBC. Once everyone's go to source for trusted news, is now just a clusterfuck of tabloid style 'journalism' & a propaganda mouthpiece for the #right & #FarRight.

And we're paying £180 a year for this privilege, whilst #Labour & #Ofcom happily allow us all to be lied to.

The BBC is now full on fascist as far as I can work out. I find it almost impossible to listen to. Their role in amplifying hate this week has been truly appalling.
