How many police officers knew of this but weren't caught/implicated. IMO, there needs to be incentives for turning in officers and serious charges for those who don't. The idea of Thin Blue Line and not "ratting" people out is a mafia-style code that confirms there are criminals amongst their ranks.

I think you are correct on AI and investments but I was thinking on a larger scale. I meant that by taking in all the turmoil (Iran, AI, tarriffs, etc) he is constantly creating, reminds a lot like how some reality shows keep you engaged.

I still think he/they are running this as a "reality show" to keep you involved and tuning in everyday by using drama, chaos, hate, worship, etc. The media just keeps making sure we cannot escape it.

Did it replace property taxes for a family who own the property as a principal residence. If so, is their outlay more or less than the property taxes and by how much? We need more data on this if you are trying to sell it. I am all for it even if it brings down the value of my principal residence !

Why are they 30 "unanswered" runs? They were behind and scored runs to come back. Even if you claim that come from behind runs as unanswered, what about the runs once they were ahead? Terrible writing, imo.

Yes, Doug Ford has weakened ours here in Ontario and now it does not apply to builds after 2018. So a lot of older ones are using renovictions to hopefully get tenants out which allows them to set a new market price.

If we implemented this here in Canada we would have to have a rental price control mechanism. It appears that rents went up in Victoria following the implementation. So in this/their scenario the middle class wins as they can afford a home but the lower income class loses because their rents go up?

IMO, Léger and Liaison are the only pollsters we can really trust. The others appear to be consistently partisan one way or the other. It makes think that they do that to try and sway the voters then nearing an election, re-adjust to be close to th “real” number so that their rating remains high.

My theory holds! Abacus (and Angus Reid) will NEVER show a poll with the CPC less than 35%. While other pollsters vary up and down from that number with regularity.
