On that note, ChatGPT 4o is pretty good at reasoning and providing succinct replies to physics problems. I transitioned to Microsoft Copilot largely because it offered GPT4 access for free, but now that OpenAI made 4o available, although limited, for free, it's worth revisiting

We often do not recognize the signs of burnouts and become too harsh on ourselves when we fail to deliver. Learning to be kinder to oneself and to take a breather can be hard but so needed. And you are worth it 😊
