In Cognac, “Hors d’Age” doesn’t mean a number. It means beyond age. A category reserved for blends so old that the calendar stops being useful; where time has already done its work and then quietly stepped aside.

Following the unpredictable outcomes of Whisky Sponge No.100, the Bureau initiated a smaller experiment. The objective: explore the limits of drinkability without lapsing into reason.

Each tree moves in its own slow rhythm, branches breathing, roots whispering beneath the soil. The Longmorn Fruit itself glints like bottled dusk: heavy with years, rich with memory. Some say the trees draw their sweetness from buried barrels.
