Great transfer window overall and much better than I'd anticipated at various points in the summer. Just wish we had signed a new RW and that would been a 9/10 window.

This was past trauma induced. So happy that we've managed to get Nico over the line. Great signing!
Romano has clearly gone early with the Nico Gonzalez "Here We Go". He did that earlier with Diomande to Real Madrid where he went more than a week early. Clearly the deal isn't 100% done yet and that worries me. Liverpool can quite easily propose a swap deal for Gakpo considering City interest.

2 points dropped but a lot of reassurance to be taken from that. If we get a couple of good signings, we should be OK. The best thing about that was we had a game plan Jaissle substitutions seemed to be effective and it seemed like he could influence a game. Hope we can build on this.

I have no idea how we are going to play. It may be great, catastrophic or something in between. Either way, a new start is exciting and we need to be patient. Also, Wilson needs to sign some freaking players! HOWAY #NUFC

Immediately after Bruno was sold, we were made to believe that advanced talks for a replacement had been going on in the background for a few days before and we would sign somebody soon. But more than a week has gone by with no progress. I've been relaxed but now worry that club are totally clueless

Really sad to see Bruno go. He gave us his all while he was here and genuinely one of the best I've seen play for us. He's ruined a bit of his legacy by pushing for a move at the worst possible time for the club but a players career is short I suppose.

Really happy we are finally signing a new No1 goalkeeper but also slightly worried that he wasn't good enough to be the first choice goalkeeper for Czech Republic at the World Cup. And that team was diabolical.

I was frustrated this morning knowing Howe looked so drained after yesterday's game. It was set up for a horrible start to the season and him being sacked a few games in. Stupid that this logical choice wasn't made at end of last season, which would have allowed Howe to get the sendoff he deserved.

This Argentina team is so dislikeable . So much pleasure to be taken seeing the likes of Martinez, Fernandez, Parades all losing . Dirty bunch .

Embarrassing that people on the other site are having a pop at journos for reporting our interest in Manzambi. A journalist's job is to report the news and not to safeguard club interests. The club needs to be more discrete if they don't want news leaking.

All our players look like they are in beach mode and Eddie only does not know how to play anything other than high intensity football.
The only thing left to look forward to this season is potentially Spurs getting relegated.

Honestly wouldn't have minded having Trippier stay on for one more year. One of the most important signings, the first to believe in this project. We're likely losing Livaramento, Krafth and Ashby this summer. Wouldn't have been the worst thing to have an experienced Trippier supporting a new RB

I've lost a lot of respect for Jose Mourinho tonight. Despicable interview there, insinuating it's Vinicius fault for being racially abused due to his celebrations. Horrible and cowardly take on all this.

Big win! Shows how much it meant to Eddie as well with the celebrations. The question is if we can keep it up and get into some kind of rhythm. Spurs are probably the worst PL team we've played this season.

I don't celebrate goals anymore. More often than not, they find ways to rule it out. Honestly, VAR has sucked the life out of the game

Think it's obvious to me now that Eddie has lost the dressing room. Add in the suspicious Lascelles departure, agents offering players around, lack of signings and no update on stadium or training ground, I worry that the problem is a lot more deeper. Can't wait for the season to end. #NUFC

But I need to vent regarding NUFC - it is obvious that our midfield and attack are disjointed. The answer for me is clear -we need to play Woltemade and Wissa together,with 2 wingers.Eddie won't do it though

Tonali brilliant when he came on. Miley starting to be a reliable starter. We are still missing any penetration and creativity in the final third and fullback injuries are a killer. Hope we can pull something out of the hat on Saturday.

The sight of us going into a low block and a 4-5-1 formation from the 1st minute was not only embarrassing and infuriating, it just speaks to Howe running out of ideas. I'm starting to think he might have taken us as far as he can and this is the beginning of the end.
