I think the mountains, because my hand kind of knew where to go and dabbed and stroked across the paper with ease. The flower field was fun, but more precision, so less free flowing.

They say they want to get rid of "middle management". To me that indicates most skilled and senior employees will be stuck in low graded positions. No room for promotion and low morale will follow.
