Save ALL your veggie scraps! I keep a bag in the freezer and add to it every time I prep veg. I also keep the remains of a rotisserie chicken and freeze that. Add water and you can make a huge batch of stock to freeze. It feels like making magic out of garbage. #recessionrecipes #recessioncooking
