As many studies have confirmed recently, such as those I’ve posted here, MEAT IS DEATH & DISEASE, not just for our personal bodies, but for the planet as a whole. Not to mention the cruelty. USA factory farms are the cruelest corporations on earth today, and totally unnecessarily, as it’s unhealthy.
So why then, pray tell, do herbivores like cows, bison, elk, moose, etc. develop the largest muscle mass? How do they process protein? And why so many empirical peer reviewed studies that confirm a vegan/vegetarian or Mediterranean diet (with LESS protein) the best for overall health and longevity?
