I'm seriously tired of reckless eMoto and throttle ebikes endangering others on multi-use paths and parks without any consequences.
Good start
1) Registration and insurance should be required for all e-motorcycles just like other motorized vehicles.
2) For Class 1 and 3 pedal assist ebikes, speed restrictions need to be enforced in parks and multi-use trails.
3) Class 2 ebikes should only be allowed on roads and bike lanes.

We need change on housing development across Utah to deal with the ongoing housing crisis in our state, but that shouldn’t come by means of an authoritarian strongman who reacts to policy disagreements by stripping counties of transportation funds or other needed resources.
