I don’t drink. Just enjoy my junk food and drinks. Though I am a 5’6 guy with the weight of 168 lbs. Was told I am “overweight”, though the blood count tends to fluctuate in the liver and becoming a little tough instead of flexible. I’m keep tabs on myself.
