It might be worth telling you while I was born in 94 my family only had black & white TVs until after I was 7 I know some speculate the colour TV helped more people dream in colour

And when I look back on any visual it is almost like it gradually reduces the opacity as I try to focus meaning I know the colours of the image but I don't see them if that makes sense and I have an almost constant manifesting internal monologue but theres no audio manifested of visual yet its there

See this is something along with inner monologue stuff I can't answer simply, if I try to focus on any internal manifestation such as a dream, an image, a voice, taste, smell or feel it slips away but I know I've lived through a dream (I don't have any control in my dreams ) 1/2

I'd say you are better off not knowing but...that wouldn't stop the reality being what it is and it's best you're prepared what do you remember last
