Finally started opening up these books today! After many years of having them in my library i think im ready.
The introduction was deep in science/religion
Gave me confirmation on spirit and soul being two different things. Spirit is energy, Prana, ether, chi(qi), etc.

Hike up Mount Baldy for the 2nd time. Got done in 6 hours instead of 8. Made it up in 3hr and 15mins. The homie was tracking her blood pressure and everything and I was just there along for the ride 😮‍💨
