I feel like you gotta know when an where to do filler. Because I feel the reason it has such a black mark is because of the one two combo of Naruto having like 2 seasons of Filler back to back and Bleach cutting a Arc in half with a obviously N.C. Filler arc.

The books are worth reading though. Fun fact, a accurate Cast would be EVEN MORE DIVERSE THAN THE MOVIE. Natalie Portman's character is Waisain, Ventris is Native American, I think there's only one white person on the team. BD Wong's character is Latino.
