I like having no infotainment at all. My stereo is just a stereo; when I turn it on it doesn't have to boot up, it just plays music.

And I still use a standalone GPS for navigating. It doesn't have live traffic, but it does its one job and doesn't tell any tech companies where I go.

Again, I'd love to be wrong. But nothing that's happened has caused a significant portion of Republicans to reconsider their beliefs (quite the opposite, if anything) and after watching them get more and more extreme for a quarter century, I don't think it's doomism to expect the trend to continue.

One side of my family is full MAGA, and the only shifting they've done is continually sliding further right. Those liberals put litter boxes in schools, you know.
