Every straight friend in my life—it feels like—has at least once sent me a video of this gay, who I find incredibly unfunny and cringey. It’s very similar to how friends and family once kept buying me Baby Yoda merch because they assumed I love the Mandalorian (I don’t) as I like Star Wars. A curse.

I was so snobby back then 😔 Having recently watched the same director’s incredible Movie House Massacre aka Blood Theatre starring my favorite Mary Waronov, & after listening to an interview with the director, my opinion of Hobgoblins has drastically shifted, and I now love it. People change!!!

Oh wow. This is a real bummer. I loved Lies of P so much that I immediately played the entire game again after finishing it the first time (which is rare for me). Suffice to say I won’t be playing the sequel now.
Oh, that's the creators of Lies of P specifically hiring an AI "artist" to work on their next game 😕

I gotta second this. Demonschool has a killer soundtrack. It’s one of the main reasons why I’m still taking my own way through it - I can hop on as the last thing in the evening and hang out with the tunes while I chip away at the fights of a day or two. It’s like putting on an album.
And this is all backed by some positively incredible music that draws a lot from old Italian horror movie soundtracks, it's magnificent, and really doesn't sound like anything else. Demonschool has a vibe that is steeped in Goblin and Lucio Fulci soundtracks, and it sounds god damn phenomenal!

Woke up early to bake my favorite chocolate chunk cookie recipe for an office event, prepared it in a nice dish to display, only for a coworker to just dump them onto a cheap disposable plastic tray full of store bought dessert treats (I’m talking stale-looking brownies and dry sad cookies)
