on a completely unrelated note i think that there have been times in history where revolt has been justified

it’s as if you were a woodworker perfectly skilled at your job with all the tools you need but your shop owner came in like, I just bought this humongous expensive machine that runs on diesel and all it does is drill holes and sometimes it fucks up your wood completely. and you HAVE to use it

leigh is a designer in the tech industry & it has been miserable witnessing firsthand how much the tech higher ups are just brute forcing it into everything. at leigh’s company lately they’ve been like “these AI tools we have are no longer optional, you HAVE to use them”. like what??? fucking insane
