Funnily enough total Warhammer does that. However it merely gives you the option to get harder.

Zelda BotW/TotK as well with that secret XP mechanic... the better you are the faster you get stronger enemies, as even perfect blocks and parries give XP or defeating an enemy without taking damage.

I already adjusted my expectations to Amnesty when they spewed Russian propaganda to justify Russian war crimes in Ukraine...

At which point the computation will already be out of date because it has to be done within a microsecond to be accurate because it is affected by randomness.
So you either have the most advanced computer possible... or can see a bit into the future.

Neither is "2 of the last FF games had male protagonists" a great accusation, since making FF games just takes so long now. Saying "none in the last 20 years have girlypops" is completely dishonest of a statement to make when for the latter half of that time there were just 2 games.

It least its a counter to All these gachas with 80-100% of the cast being female... which is where most people experience JRPGs now.

Also the last 20 years saw only 3 mainline FF games. 4 if you count the MMO. And 14 has a ton of important female characters. 13 a protag.

The Draconian stance on copyright is as traditional as it gets. "Fair use" is a rather modern concept that only really got started in the mid 00s to early 2010s. Because only then could "the average joe" re-publish copyrighted material at scale.

This is the funniest and most ironic comment considering the origin of achievements was to be EXTRA challenges and with it usually things that were VERY difficult to pull off or require an insane time investment. They were something to do AFTER you already finished the game and wanted more.

Because it's a popular scam now.

Especially considering there is little to no way to actually get the money to the affected people and even THEN it doesn't matter how much money you send them when there straight up isn't enough food. Money can't circumvent shortages.

With how many nations especially in Asia DEPEND on that oil
wouldn't surprise me if some mystery torpedoes from some mystery unknown nations fired potshots at the carrier fleet.

After all with Iran you can negotiate and pay the troll toll. US you just need to remove the one carrier fleet.

If you ask for it? Even by law every cost item needs to be listed in a bill. Hidden fees are not allowed and you are not allowed to add fees later after the fact. Because those prices were never part of any negotiations and hence not valid because the customer was tricked.

Cultures that prefer to haggle have a negotiation style of "I only tell you if you ask about it and even then not everything". So you HAVE to do your own research.

A clash of negotiation styles naturally leads to a lot of friction as seen in the British and German style clashing during Brexit.
March 31, 2026 at 4:03 PM
Also depends a lot on the culture and how that culture negotiates. I.e. German culture negotiates very "all cards on the table visible to everyone" and then negotiate around all factors. Because of that haggling is not a thing here and if it is only in small margins.

Looking up Alex in SF5 is ~17 years old. So 19 by the time of SF3. So a 5 year difference between the two.

Like even if you do it underground, even if you could get the radiation and poison under control. Even IF you could prevent bad seismic events that destroy more of the environment and whole towns.

It's simply just much more expensive than just using a bunch of excavators.

Probably a bit of column a and column b.

As in, now that he is fired he doesn't really need to feign loyalty to Trump anymore and can say what he really thinks.

I have repaired my controller before, also unlike the Joy Con those have actually high quality sticks. I had mine since 2017 and use it daily and no stick drift.

Hall Effect is also not a magic bullet. Yes you gain durability, however you lose precision. Hall Effect is not good with small moves.

Switch Pro (both consoles) also works rather well if you launch a game via Steam and is my go to option. You also get gyro support natively in some supported titles, in others you can map gyro to mouse

Only con is the button prompts, will need some UI mods or remapping buttons if game supports that

On the other hand, had you been kidnapped a week prior and NOT been in the control group, your brain would have likely exploded or you'd have gotten super cancer.
It sometimes do be like that.

What a shame, because I am playing 4 right now (was on sale on Steam) and I'd say it's the best in the series so far. I'd say 4 is as much of an upgrade to 2 as 2 was an upgrade to 1.

It's basically the last hurrah to old Naughty Dog. Josh Scherr who co-wrote all other games was still on it.

$100,000 per year?
Bro I am a software dev in Germany and make $50k per year.
Wages in the US (and cost of living) are so overinflated there it gives a wrong idea to what is "normal".

These insane wages are also why the US game industry is dying. It's not cost effective anymore to develop there.

Imagine Skyrim.
Now imagine Skyrim, but it's mechanics are actually being properly evolved with added depth.
Every system is in service of it's setting and themes, nothing was simplified on the altar of "mass appeal".

KCD2 sets a standard TES6 will have to match.
November 17, 2025 at 6:21 PM
Probably, although I consider Kingdom Come 2 to be the better game overall and my personal GOTY.
KCD2 is just bolder in terms of actual game design choices and just sheer mechanical depth. And when in doubt, gameplay should always beat the story and visuals.
