Yup. It's nuts how that was the joke 20 years ago in W's 2nd term, that he was "crazy" enough to possibly go after Iran next. Then Obama's presidency happens and the "joke" is damn near squashed only for DFT to swing it all the way to "holy shit he's stupid and arrogant enough to actually do it".

As a life long upper Midwest resident, sunshine in the winter can be a nice surprise but it is pretty annoying when it's sunny out but like 5 degrees with -25 degree wind chill and a foot of snow on the ground. The sun is pretty cruel those days.

They tried this in Minnesota this past week with girls high school volleyball and it had to be moved inside after one set due to the same issue. I get why they want to attempt this (to get the crowds that football gets) but this just doesn't work for indoor sports.
