What I meant was, he would pay any bribe to get what he wants. He is all id, no filter. Laws do not concern him. Adulation, power and money are his basic motivations.

No one is getting $5000 since Trump was 'only joking.' And fuel oil is going up since both the Strait of Hormuz and now the Red Sea shipping routes are compromised. So much winning.
