this is a rule i use for myself, anything that can be done in my dorm room i should try to do outside it if i can (reading, homework, dicking around on twitter)
i just think that unless you are hosting or sleeping you should avoid rotting in your apartment especially as a young person its the mind killer

You sort-of jest, but It’s been trending that way for decades. The scams of 1980 were relatively modest. I think it’s part of why American democracy collapsed. Civilians must get scammed constantly and it drives them bonkers.
