Hounds tore open the belly of the juvenile fox in a woodland, but Essex Police says there is insufficient evidence to demonstrate deliberate hunting. South Norfolk Hunt Sabs says the fox's death was "the direct result of intentional cub hunting."

Regent House in Dorking was a known nesting site for Common Swifts, but was destroyed this year during nesting season, with Swift nests inside. It is highly likely that safeguards intended to protect nesting birds were not properly followed at the site.

Meanwhile new analysis suggests offshore wind will be saving us £3Bn a year by 2030. If Greg Jackson is concerned about wasting money he should campaign against the hideously wasteful £3Bn heat pump subsidy, that gives money to well off families to buy niche tech that puts their energy bills up.

Gas power costs are reaching energy crisis levels again in the UK, which will inevitably push bills up for consumers.

Good to see this from Ed. We need to go much further than targeting illegal settlements and violent settlers though. Palestinians are suffering an invasion and occupation every bit as illegal as Russia's in Ukraine. And, far worse, ethnic cleansing and Genocide.
