Every transfem needs to know this. Quit nicotine. It's worse for us than usual because it interferes with estrogen receptors! This can delay breast growth and other physical changes, and cause chronic fatigue because you don't have enough functional hormones.
just learned that my recent additional breast growth (after almost 5 years on estrogen) is likely caused i quit nicotine cause it interferes with estrogen uptake and I am FREAKING OUT
