Yes. AND… once in place, they will need heavy boots on ground to tackle all of the abject lawlessness Trump and his minions have done. Claw back everything. All of it. Annul his presidency and all actions. sCOTUS must be addressed. Republicans unwilling to uphold the Constitution need reckoning.
