A first Hummingbird hawk-moth sighting in our garden here in Dooradoyle, Limerick. Although I just about noticed this one. So well camouflaged whilst at rest. Compared to the flashes of colour whilst in flight. #Limerick

A male Wall Brown spotted in Kilkee, Co Clare this morning. Sadly, an endangered species in Ireland. Once a common sight across the entire Irish countryside, it has completely vanished from inland areas and is now almost exclusively restricted to coastal zones. #Butterfly
