Not ME. Age 74 and I haven't voted for a Republican for at least 40 years. I also haven't missed a single vote since 1981, whether it was a primary, special election, or general election.

You nailed it- sadly. I've worked with emotionally disturbed teens, and I can't- and won't- laugh at mental illness any more. (Which is a positive thing, anyway. I'm a much more empathetic person than I was when I was younger.) But the things going on in the White House are APPALLING.

Well, as a senior who hasn't missed a single vote since 1981, I've ALWAYS voted for the future of my children, and now my grandchildren. That's why I don't remember the last time I ever voted for a Republican at ANY level of government.

He never has, never will, understand that "respect" doesn't come from fear and bullying. It comes from trust and behaving admirably. Those who you bully may obey you for a short while, but will ALWAYS work to undermine you and will eventually succeed in overthrowing you.

I'd heard many things about Dolly's humanitarianism, but not this story. Thanks for posting. Her passing is an incredible loss to humanity.

Y'know, it reminds me of the old idea, when I was a kid and people were far less sensitive about disabilities (I'm the mother of an adult with autism), that "insane asylums" were filled with people thinking they were Napoleon or someone.

GOLLY. AMAZING. I'm sure he was so busy helping people that I'm astonished that he even took a few seconds to see all those terrible Muslim people dancing and celebrating across the river.

I'm not a pizza eater, and I live in the *Chesapeake* Bay area, not SF, so maybe I shouldn't comment, but... that thing looks like something I threw out from my refrigerator last week. It looks like it's growing mold.

I think it's more likely that his sanity is very, very shaky. I think he honestly believes all the garbage he's spewing, but at this point, doesn't understand the harm he's doing. You're right, he had a brilliant career at the beginning of his professional life, that slowly went the way of madness.
