Evidently the guy who wrote the Windows task manager (and won't shut up about it) put out a new cross platform version with modern features. And it's partially vibe coded.

I guess what I want to say is I wish Kojima was more a AA game creator than a AAA. A budget, team, and scope big enough to create something special, but not so big that industry projections or market analysis influence its creative decisions.

With all the drama surrounding the financing and publishing of his games, it makes me wonder what Kojima could accomplish if he set his sights lower and tried making less expensive indie titles. His insistence on realistic graphics and Hollywood actors doesn't do much from a game design perspective.
