If Dems win the House and Senate, it isn't a mandate to insist ICE wear bodycams while dragging toddlers away to be deported, it's a mandate to open the Ark and melt all the fucking Nazis.

One side effect of the baby boom retaining a suffocating grip on real power through sheer scale is that the typical transition into power among middle-aged Gen Xers has been stunted. So Gen X has to lean into corny, nostalgia-centered cultural power instead.

A thousand times this👇
Democracy is not for private profit. Citizens aren't chattel.

Jobs? Eliminate or pay nothing.
Health care? So much easier if you'd quickly die.
Education? We don't need people who think.
The planet? It's ours to pillage & profit.
Elections? It doesn't matter who votes, just who counts the votes.

You can consider yourself whatever flavour of the month, but in the end it is your actions and the principles those actions are made of that define you. Not your nationality, race, sex, religion or political identity. If you work, not talk, but act to benefit humanity as a whole, you are my people.

Politicians and pundits giving up human rights of some "in order to win" is like players scoring on their own goal "in order to win." Yes, you're scoring. You've also forgotten the game, and why you're playing, and what winning even is, and you have to be benched in favor of people who remember.
I will not negotiate away anybody’s human rights and I will oppose any politician who thinks that is an ok stance. I don’t care what party. If you’re going to support democrats who oppose transgender humanity the entire thing isn’t worth fighting for. The line must be drawn.

This is a usefully revealing comment in how it shows that the US is not protecting Israeli leaders from war crimes charges because Israel is somehow manipulating the US through Epstein kompromat, but simply the shared interests of war criminals.
Tom Cotton: "Ultimately, it's not about Prime Minster Netanyahu and Israel -- it's about arresting Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth and Marco Rubio in the future if they ever travel abroad."

Never forget that they had to spend trillions of dollars, build massive data centers, consume millions of galloons of water and insane amounts of electricity, just to kind of do what you can do better with your imagination and a cup of coffee.

That's how envious they are of what you can do.
