I would strongly urge anyone to look into the history of Iran.
Iran, in the west, has been slandered and made out like they are feral, like they are the bad guys.

If you actually have a reasonable budget to hire an artist for your project, TELL THEM IN YOUR INITIAL EMAIL TO THEM. Right off the bat. Here is the project, this is what I can pay, this is the deadline. We get so many time wasters it’s remarkably refreshing when a potential client is upfront

Prints,posters,comics have 0% tarrif BUT Royal Mail will charge 50p per parcel in fees.
Tees and Playing cards (MTG??) have 10% tariff plus 50p fees
