Congress has passed the NDAA, which contained a provision banning the coverage of gender affirming care for the children of active duty military.
This is the first anti-LGBTQ bill to pass congress in almost 3 decades but certainly won't be the last.

Just sharing because I've often felt a lot of shame around not being able to carry everything perfectly and feeling like burnout or overwhelm is weakness. But it's not - it's the embers of what's left once you've expended all of your strength. Reminding myself of that now.

I have been so intentional about laughing and resting and having fun and loving. There is no fight without those things.
