I think it's because it's mostly Black men who request exemption from being clean-shaven, because a lot of them get a skin condition from shaving. It's a back-door way of purging Black folks.

I get what you're saying, but I just don't see how he could do it. He could make some executive order, post it on his Temu Twitter, and call a press conference and "declare" it all he wants. Congress can still show up and do their work (hopefully, impeaching his ass).

Jack Smith, like Hillary or Dr. Fauci, has been smeared so much, he's now in their pantheon as a "bad guy" representing the "deep state" that has been persecuting poor, innocent Chump. They think this will play well with the base. It might.

It's straight-up insurrection, and the Rs on the Supreme Court are implicated by allowing him to run again, voiding the 14th Amendment.
