If this were any female politician the commentary would go “that blazer is half a foot too long for him, the shirt sleeves are too long, his trousers are from an age no one wants to remember and those shoes…Don’t think I’ve seen a hairstyle like that since my mum broke her pudding basin….”
Just me walking up the road so I can turn round and march back down again like a tit for the camera.

I’m sad to hear of the death of Andy Kershaw. A voice and face of my youth, and a fellow early 80’s fan of Billy Bragg. RIP

How come sight hound parents don’t big this up? Greyhounds and whippets could win competitions for keeping things- hats, antlers, spectacles, underwear, soft toys…- on their heads while you photograph them. It’s a talent to be proud of

Every time I eat an apple, this happens. And they don’t stop glaring until I give them the core, which neither of them eats and I have to clean off the rug later 🙄

Brexit's disastrous impact on the NHS led to 1,485 extra deaths per year, according to a new academic study.
Researchers say after the 2016 leave vote, EU nurses left & were replaced by less experienced or skilled staff, which had knock-on effect for patients

Horribly badly informed piece from PETA. Judgemental, emotive, not accurate. Lacks important context to allow an informed decision. Not going to achieve any converts using rubbish,propaganda-style pieces like this.
Like all ‘designer dogs’ who are genetically engineered via inbreeding and for physical features considered fashionable, whippets can face a range of health issues.

“Be quiet small man” says the self appointed guardian of free speech, to a democratically elected politician publicly making a valid point. 🤦♀️🙄
Musk told the Polish FM, a long-standing conservative ally of the US, "be quiet small man".
What I find so fascinating about Trump, Vance and Musk's verbal abuse of Ukrainians & Polish officials etc, is: can you imagine them speaking like this to a Russian or Chinese official?

It reflects on the grotesque media spectacle hosted by #Trump & #Vance yesterday at the White House. In solidarity with Zelensky & Ukraine.

Complete batshit lunacy on the president's Truth Social account. Yes, he really posted this.

Yay! Welsh government made a decision, and a correct one! Go 🏴! Our first greyhound Martha was injured racing at the last remaining track in Wales (Ystrad Mynach), was saved by Greyhound Rescue Wales then adopted by us. We have been pointy-nose obsessed ever since.
