648 DReps have cast a first vote. 150 earned Shows the Work, ten votes with a rationale. Zero have Full Spectrum, a vote on all seven action types.

No badge depends on voting yes, no or abstain. Badges are for showing up, never for which way.

Abstain does two things on Cardano:

As a vote: your stake records no position and drops out of the ratification percentage.

As a delegation choice: your ada sits on Always abstain and does the same on every action until you move it.

How fast do DReps vote? Median: day 12.6 after submission, over 27,396 timed votes. SPOs: day 18.6.

By type: hard forks day 7.1, committee changes day 8.0, treasury withdrawals day 12.9.

The last third of a voting window still brings a third of the votes.

YUTA led the gainers with +₳11.1M (+2.5%). Varavas grew the fastest, +46.0% for ₳2.6M.

The Constitutional Committee in numbers: 148 decided actions, a median of 100% of members voting, 30 split decisions, 16 of 114 below the committee's threshold.

Committee votes come a median of 21.3 days after submission. DReps: 12.6.

How many DReps does it take to hold 67% of all delegated voting power, the treasury threshold? 18 in epoch 508, 29 at the peak, 19 today.

The ten largest DReps hold 50.8%. The Gini coefficient of DRep voting power went from 0.86 to 0.94 since epoch 508.

The Cardano Foundation is down 43.9M ₳, a quarter of its voting power (24.9%). That is more than the next four outflows combined, Yoroi's 9.2M among them.

The gainer side stayed small: CryptoCrow led with +4M ₳ (+1.4%), ranket +3.6M (+3.7%).

SPOs have voted on 8 governance actions. Median turnout: 36.4% of pool stake, 56.4% among pools without a default stance.

46.4% of pool stake is pre-set to always abstain or no confidence.

One action where the two bodies disagreed: minPoolCost to ₳75, SPOs below threshold.

Cerkoryn submits the 75 ada minimum pool fee cut on its own - Governance Review
The proposal to cut the minimum pool fee to 75 ada and raise the Plutus memory limits won DRep and committee support but expired with 34.5% of pool stake, short of the 51% it needed. One epoch later the fee cut was filed again on its own, a change pools do not vote on.

New, among other things: a Proposal Drafts category for feedback before you submit a governance action. Once the action is on-chain and links the draft, the draft closes and points to the live thread.

Median time to a decision: 7 epochs, about five weeks. Hard forks: under 3.

Treasury withdrawals: 103 decided, 70 enacted, 33 expired.

35.6% of all DRep votes carry a rationale link. Weighted by voting power: 61.5%.

Coverage per decided action climbed from 12.7% in epoch 514 to a peak of 47.7%. Best covered: CC Compensation, 47.7% of 174 votes. Least: the Plomin rename, 12.7% of 181.

The share of power-holding DReps that voted peaked at 50% and sits near a third today.
