I made this point in class the other day. Until Congress changes the name, it's the Department of Defense. It's not hard.

Why on Earth would #Chicago DOT perform roadwork constricting the western approach to the Grand Ave bridge over the river, when it is serving as the detour for the Chicago Ave bridge replacement? Total traffic chaos there this morning. At least six 65 and 66 buses clustered up, unable to move.
