I hear that. I just think that the looming threat of a Reform-led government is a bigger issue. Our democracy is setup in a way that means we rarely get a govt that reflects the majority political leaning of our country (I.e liberal/progressive), so we need to get better at working the system.

Absolutely. The political Right have long been better at gaming the system to their advantage. Which is why we’ve tended to get Right Wing governments despite having a broadly progressive/ liberal majority in the UK.
