He went out with his parents and three younger brothers to buy new clothes and prepare for celebrations of the Eid al-Fitr. When coming home, in the West Bank, Israeli soldiers stopped the car and shot his parents and the two younger boys. Hope was replaced by lifelong suffering.

The hipocrisy of western leaders, who until today keep vouching for the right of Israel to defend itself unconditionally after Oct7, and today ask and expect Iran to restraint itself from reacting to these terrorist attacks, should actually be enough to demand immediate change.

How do you reconcile defending women’s rights in Iran with not immediately and unconditionally condemning the bombing of a girls’ school that has so far killed 40 of them?

It is now clear that Israel did not fuel the first two world wars, simply because it did not exist at that time. However, it will fuel all future ones as long as it continues to exist.

I come to the sad conclusion that the world is suffering from chronic progressismus. The paradox of loving the idea of evolution without the will or readiness to fight for it. Systemic capitalism and individualism were the trigger factors. Pragmatism is the smashing weight.

É urgente criar um canal televisivo de sinal aberto que seja altifalante de notícias, narrativas e políticas como vistas e defendidas pela Esquerda. O nosso tabu em marcarmos posição num palco que a Direita monopoliza sem contraditório é a maior causa do nosso enfraquecimento.
O medíocre PM português acha-se no direito de exigir qual o regime que quer no poder para efectivar uma solução já aprovada em parlamento e com impacto na eventual cessação do genocídio em curso.
