The Shining. Randomly turned on the TV late at night, far too young. Straight into the scene in the hallway with the twins. Fucked me up.

Far too many good looking games coming out at the moment. Someone should do look into that.

You can make up any fantasy scenario you want! Why did you invent one where you still lose?!
Quite an odd choice to brief this out

My wife just got to the end of the last Doom and went "so what's up with the doom guy, does he like hell?" Like there's not a *lot* of plot to doom but it is basically "the doom guy does not like hell"
It’s not like I’m going to get to the end of a Doom game and wish I’d been more emotionally invested in the personal journey of my character The Doom Murderer

Any top X list has two possible outcomes: "sure, I guess that reflects common opinion and I have learnt nothing" or "that list is obviously insane". This is a group-1 list.

An authentic pizza from a decent pizzeria is obviously infinitely better than a Domino's. Delivered, the opposite is true. Domino's has optimised their product to survive travel. Proper pizza inevitably arrives cold, congealed and with the middle bit stuck to the bottom of the box.
Gimme a food opinion.

I have never found anything cooked En Croute appealing.

Thing that gets me about this article is that nobody in it ever mentions any actual immunocompromised person who goes to this bar who might be impacted by the change. They're just imaging someone who might, and using this theoretical person as an excuse to scream at perceived enemies.

The aeronautical industry are sabotaging and suppressing my revolutionary solution to this issue: a very long extension cable
Fully electric aviation has some major challenges (mostly: batteries are heavy and don't get lighter as they get used up) but I love the idea of decreasing aircraft emissions through a hybrid approach, perhaps as a step toward new, clever solutions for fully electric air transport in the future.
The world’s largest battery-electric aircraft flew for the first time on the 12th of August, a 27-minute test flight over upstate New York that cost about five dollars in electricity. Heart Aerospace’s 30-seat prototype is a big step toward a commercial version. buff.ly/i3f0PhR
