But at least we don’t have to watch the Hair Bear Bunch reject annoying us in the Premier League next season. Positives all round

There is a football god after all

It’s not in the FIFA script. Joke of a decision but totally expected
July 19, 2026 at 9:28 PM
FIFA have done everything possible to make this totally average Argentina team win the World Cup, yet hopefully they’re going to somehow screw it up….however, I’m sure the officials have some dastardly Plan B up their sleeve

Yep! One red card though is unbelievable enough
July 19, 2026 at 9:16 PM
It’s the USA and and sport mate. They need to stick to rounders, bloke’s netball and chess with shoulder pads. Leave the Beautiful Game alone!!
July 19, 2026 at 8:01 PM
So, as was bleeding obvious by the end of May, we’ll probably have no Rice, Saka and now Saliba for a big early chunk of the season…. But hey! Let’s have a bigger World Cup next time 😡😡
July 14, 2026 at 7:35 PM
Because if Madueke had the balls to have taken one it would have probably hit a bloke sitting in Row Z. Sums it up that a defender took a pen before that man

I’ve been watching Arsenal live and lately more on telly for over 50 years and those 4 minutes of VAR were the most excruciating ever. However, the joy of reading and hearing all the bitterness and hatred for Arsenal today is making it all worthwhile 😁

And looks like oil state Qatar, I mean PSG, have the officials in their pocket. Should have been a penalty for handball if the two last week were #corrupt #moneytalks #baypsg

That’s why I avoided watching it. Saw it was 3-1 but new City would scramble a couple of goals. I’m sure the media will now call that ‘the mark of champions’. Luckily I’m immune to the anti-Arsenal brigade now. Great result!

Most overrated shite manager ever. Will never forgive him or forget that appalling Europa final v Chelsea. If there’s any justice it’ll be Forest in the Final this year

Was on the North Bank that day. When the smoke bomb went off and the fighting started we ended up on the pitch. Chaos. Still re-took our position on the NB for the rest of the match whilst the fighting continued around us. Not a good day and RIP Gooner

Great article and capturing how we’re all feeling
April 30, 2026 at 8:34 PM
Jeeez! Was trying to be positive, and then you see it’s Gyokeres, Madueke and Martinelli ffs! Take a 0-0 now please
April 29, 2026 at 5:51 PM
I’d forgotten that sort of football existed…. But imagine Gyokeres, Madueke and Martinelli running at those defences….actually, don’t 😬
April 28, 2026 at 9:06 PM
Surely they got time to go out and (be allowed to) buy a spare squad to cope. Simple solution Pep

I’ve counted around 8 enjoyable games this season including European matches. Absolutely ridiculous when we still have a (very slim) chance of two major trophies. Perhaps this League really isn’t as good as it thinks. A better team than Newcastle would have got something today
April 25, 2026 at 6:57 PM
Possibly one of the worst forwards I’ve seen at this club in 50 years. And I watched John Hawley and Lee Chapman 🥺
April 25, 2026 at 6:36 PM
I keep thinking at some point the pain of watching this team labour through a football match will ease. It just gets worse 😆…..cannot believe how shambolic a set of forwards are in Gyokeres, Madueke and Martinelli. That Gyokeres ‘pass’ near the end. Shocking. A win’s a win at this stage I guess
April 25, 2026 at 6:35 PM
We’ll be lucky to hang on in this game playing like this and having Madueke and Gyokeres up front. And Rice seems to be really labouring today
