While this is certainly in the space of possible outcomes, I feel like we can't dismiss the possibility that when we take power we will have people in all fields/expertise who will be incredibly motivated out of pure spite, and that can be incredibly effective if its channeled the right way.
Let me be a Debby Downer here: it will take more than 2 consecutive terms to slightly rebuild our government because the damage these guys have inflicted on every department & agency is *enormous*.
