Absolutely horrifying. How can our government be planning to drill for new oil and gas when we know these are the consequences?

Basically a very sophisticated machine, which can be trained to imitate humans. But the LLM are trained by reading the entire Internet.
Is there quality control or weighting?

It was a setup, so he didn’t technically break the law because funds were not transferred. However, it gave us the measure of the man. We need electoral reform before the next general election so that we can never again deliver a landslide victory to a party gaining less than half the votes cast.
