So glad I signed up back in December. Just got my wife in, but the confirmation e-mail took 16 hours. Now's the time to invest in a server upgrade! Finding code bottlenecks is important, but don't wait too long!

Right! That's what I saw, too! A couple of fic authors lost steam for their other ship fics over it. Like guyssss this is what fics ARE for - fics don't need to be 2000% canon, that's the point! The best fics do a lot of heavy lifting to make things work, anyway - and canon will have to do the same!

If you haven't, start prioritizing feeding her well now. I think that's the #1 factor that skews the statistics. Until her teeth give out, give high-protein grain-free kibble. Wet food, especially hydrolyzed, is even better. Steel water fountains are also worthwhile! Moisture makes for healthy cats!

Like... I get the idea of short form video is somehow to upload directly from a phone without running it through editting software on a PC... but I'd rather do that... and view it on a PC... and maybe not even use a phone to record at all? ...and maybe not own a smartphone... where is the WEBSITE?

Speaking as an adult who has been chronically online since 1998: We invented the helmet and it was thought ineffective because people kept returning from war with bad injuries. Without the helmet, those people would just be dead. Without the internet, those depressed teens? Would also just be dead.

Just to add my two cents, you can ABSOLUTELY disable buttons with css. Targetting the particular button you want to disable is the only hard part, but all you have to do is apply "pointer-events: none;" to it.

There's no defensible use case for googling anything. Accept that if it doesn't exist in a local library you must forever exist in uncomfortable ignorance.
