While both movies only have DVD releases, at least Loverboy has an anamorphic widescreen release. CBML only has full-screen releases!

As a programmer who understands AI tech at a low level, and has seen it go from intern to CTO in an insanely short period of time, I say to screenwriters that think it can never understand story, structure, emotion, etc - give it time.
I don't endorse it. I'm just saying it's coming, unfortunately.

A year later, I go back to my 1st screenplay.
Halfway through mapping it out. It's obvious. The timing is all wrong at the beginning.
Then the movie picks up. I really like it! I thought I'd hate it.
Honestly happy because, with some tweaks, it has serious potential. It's very sweet, and funny!

I'm reading Blacklist screenplays. Movies I've got no preconceived notions about.
I read 2 of them - really enjoy them. ah yes, this must be the opposite of how people feel when they read my stuff.
Then I read a 3rd. 20 pages in. This. sucks. This must be how people feel when they read my stuff.

Throwback to my DVD/Blu-Ray/4K room a few years ago.
At the time there would have been a few thousand items in the collection. It has since grown by 1,000 (or 2).
Unfortunately I no longer have the room to display it so these days everything is in tubs.
It was good while it lasted.
