In 2016, Obama purchased 32 metric tons of Iran's excess heavy water for $8.6 million to help it stay within its allowed stockpile limits. Not only was that an excellent price, but he didn't have to go to war to get it. Diplomacy and cooperation can do wonders without murdering kids.
