Less food safety? Congress is considering eroding FDA’s already weak oversight of the chemicals in our food and blocking states from developing their own stronger safeguards. We joined partners and elected officials to urge Congress to reject the misnamed FRESH and Affordable Foods Act.

In case it wasn't clear enough: Trump's EPA places zero value on human life.

Energy Secretary Chris Wright just forced Michigan’s J.H. Campbell power plant to stay open for the sixth time, delaying its retirement for 443 days and counting. Propping up this coal-burning plant has already cost $259 million — a burden passed to customers in the form of higher electricity bills.

A HUGE WIN: A federal district court ruled that the Trump administration can't hide any longer from its obligation to protect Americans from harmful soot pollution. Now, Trump's EPA is legally required to identify areas with unsafe levels of this pollution by February and begin cleaning it up.

Secretary Wright is steering us in the wrong direction. Data centers are straining the grid and adding costs because the rules weren’t built with them in mind.
