it has been over 36h since i let him out and i fear this is it. this time the worry is for something. i guess i don’t have cat anymore.

usually by morning he’d be back at my front door waiting to be let in. like clockwork. every time this happens i always think it’s gonna be it and it’s usually not. worrying myself sick for nothing like i always do.

did he get lost? stolen? eaten by a snake? ran over by a car? bimby where are you? already dead or bleeding? one more disaster i can to my generous supply?

a) need it b) more productive members of society c) would make better use of it in general

and embarrassing and super traumatizing and am probably gonna be ok. like not ok but alive ok.

it seems v. appropriate to leave the world because of a snake as i came into it during it’s year (chinese zodiac icydk). but I feel like it’s just a common rat snake that’s not venomous and if it bites me it will just be super painful
